SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING
Every order ships free, with no minimum spend.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders usually arrive within 6–10 days from the moment you order. During busy periods, delivery may take a little longer; we'll always keep you updated.

ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are set by local authorities, are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your order hasn't arrived within 10 days, email support@lacedwest.shop with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
